Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.

For the return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The product must be in brand-new condition to allow it to be resold.
• The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.
• The shipping costs for returning your item are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or refund. Contact us by email at support@lorivano.com, attaching photos of the issue to help facilitate processing.

In the event of an error on our part or a product confirmed to be defective, return shipping costs may be covered by Lorivano after approval by customer service.

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The processing time is 14 days, depending on your banking institution.
