Please contact us before sending anything back: we confirm your return and send you the return address. See our returns policy.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (not counting weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 17:00 (Paris time), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 10 business days — so allow 6 to 12 business days in total from your order. Delivery is free on every order.
You receive a confirmation email when you order, then a second email with your tracking number when your racket ships. You can follow it at any time on our order tracking page.
You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to ask for a return or an exchange, without having to give a reason.
The racket must come back new, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) and with the invoice. Please contact us first: we confirm your return and give you the return address. Parcels sent without a confirmed request can’t be processed.
