Round shapes keep the sweet spot lower and are often chosen for control. Diamond shapes move it higher for attacking play. Teardrop sits in between.
3K, 12K and 18K describe how many thousand filaments are in each carbon thread. It changes the weave and look, not the level — a higher number isn’t automatically better.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (not counting weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 17:00 (Paris time), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 10 business days — so allow 6 to 12 business days in total from your order. These are estimates, not guarantees.
We deliver across Europe and the UK. The carrier can vary with the weight of the parcel, product availability and logistics constraints.
Delivery is free on every order, whatever the amount. The checkout shows your full total before you pay.
You receive a confirmation email when you order, then a second email with your tracking number when your racket ships. You can follow it at any time on our order tracking page.

You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to ask for a return or an exchange, without having to give a reason.
The racket must come back new, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) and with the invoice. Please contact us first: we confirm your return and give you the return address. Parcels sent without a confirmed request can’t be processed.
For a standard return, return shipping is paid by you. If the item is faulty, damaged or we made a mistake, we can cover it once our customer service has confirmed the issue.
Email support@lorivano.com with photos of the problem and your order number. We’ll offer an exchange or a refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once the item has been received and checked. Allow up to 14 days, depending on your bank.
Payment is protected by SSL encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
