Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or an exchange, without having to give a reason.

For a return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The product must be in new condition so that it can be resold.
• The purchase invoice must be enclosed with the package.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged package or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at support@lorivano.com and attach photos of the problem to help us process your request.

In the event of an error on our part or a confirmed product defect, return shipping costs may be covered by Lorivano after approval by customer service.

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time is 14 days, depending on your bank.
