Do you deliver outside Switzerland?
Currently, Lorivano delivers exclusively in Switzerland.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package is shipped, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. If you have not received this email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@lorivano.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible only before your order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lorivano.com, providing your order number. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. However, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with our return and refund policy.

How do I make a return?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Send us an email at support@lorivano.com stating your order number. After your request has been validated, we will inform you of the return procedure. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, and any manuals) and suitable for resale.
Are returns free?
No. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After your request has been validated, we will send you the return instructions by email.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing can take up to 14 days.
